In Memory of Daniel L. Klinger II

Daniel L. Klinger II, a devoted husband and father, was born on March 30, 1973 in Fort Dodge, Iowa to Daniel and Vicky (Cutting) Klinger.  He grew up in the Fort Dodge area and attended school at Fort Dodge Community Schools. After graduating from school Daniel met and married Claudia Cope and to this union two children were born, Danica and Payton.

In 1998 Daniel moved to Ida Grove, Iowa, where he married Tami Volkmann on June 26, 1999. The couple was blessed with two children Jayden and Caidan.

Daniel loved iron work. He worked at Farmland, but became disabled due to a triple fusion in his spine.

Daniel enjoyed, dirt biking, fishing, vacationing with his family in the Wisconsin Dells, riding a Harley Davidson, and most recently spending time with his adorable grandson Benntly.

Left to cherish his memory are his loving wife, Tami Klinger of Ida Grove, Iowa; children, Danica Klinger of Des Moines, Iowa; Payton Klinger of Ida Grove, Iowa; Jayden Klinger of Ida Grove, Iowa; Caidan Klinger of Ida Grove; Iowa; grandson, Benntly Albaugh; parents, Daniel Klinger I and wife Vicky of Fort Dodge, Iowa; brother, Adam (Debora) Klinger of Des Moines, Iowa; sisters, Diann Klinger of Fort Dodge, Iowa; Laura Boughey of Fort Dodge, Iowa; Barb Zaragoza of Fort Dodge, Iowa; brother-in-law, Tom (Shelley) Sharkey, of Battle Creek, Iowa; mother-in-law, Terri Conard of Battle Creek, Iowa; and many nieces, nephews and friends.

Daniel is preceded in death by his grandparents.
