Peighton Charlene Euchner, age 25, of Ida Grove, Iowa passed away on Sunday, December 23, 2018, in Vail, Iowa.
Memorial Services will be held at 1:00 p.m., Saturday, December 29, 2018, at the Christensen-Van Houten Funeral Home of Ida Grove, Iowa. Father David A. Hemann will officiate. A Visitation will be held two hours prior to the Memorial Service from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., Saturday, December 29, 2018, at the Christensen-Van Houten Funeral Home of Ida Grove, Iowa. Peighton Charlene Euchner, the daughter of Michael and Dawn (Young) Euchner, was born on February 10, 1993, in Peoria, IL. Peighton grew up in Ida Grove, IA and graduated from OABCIG High School with the class of 2011. She went on to furthered her education through Ashford University.
Peighton was intrigued by the great outdoors. A free spirit, she loved to go on adventures, taking photos and rock hunting to add to her extensive rock collection. Peighton cherished her beloved tortoiseshell cat Kasey and enjoyed spending time with her family and hanging out with her friends.
Left to cherish her spirit are her father Michael (Jean) Euchner, Sr. of Ida Grove, IA; brothers Wesley Euchner of Ft. Dodge, IA, Michael Euchner II of Allison, Iowa, and Allan Euchner of Sioux Falls, SD; grandparents Fred (Judy) Young of Pekin, IL; nephews Dagan and Nash; niece Myla; extended family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her mother Dawn Marie (Young) Euchner and paternal grandparents Norman and Ladema Euchner.
