“My sincere condolences to the family of Charles Ray Pratt. I'm shocked to learn of his demise. I came across his family picture while doing some spring cleaning. His family and my family ( Horace and Willie Faye Eaton, my brother, James Harold) and I were dear friends while growing up in Vernon. I am so sorry that we didn't stay in touch. How disheartening when I decided to 'Google' his name and found an obituary. Charles was always nice, polite and mannerly. God bless and keep you..”

“A friendship that we will cherish the rest of our lives was that of Charlie. A fight broke out at the truckstop and Charlie was there to get them off the lot. Came back in laughing because once he spoke they scattered like crazy. That is just one of many stories I will always remember of him among many, many others. So sorry for your loss Mary and the family.”
