In Memory of Trig Bradley Collins

Trig Bradley Collins, age 7 days, passed away in his parents’ arms at the Nebraska Methodist Women’s Hospital in Omaha, Nebraska, on February 3, 2022. 

Trig Bradley Collins was born on January 27, 2022, to Tyler and Kenzie Collins, joining big brother Steel. It is with a heavy heart that we honor and say goodbye to our baby boy Trig. Those we have held in our arms for a little while, we hold in our hearts forever. Some people only dream of angels; we were able to hold one in our arms. 

Trig will be forever remembered and loved by his parents, Tyler and Kenzie Collins and brother Steel of Deloit, IA; maternal grandparents Brad and Kim Waldemar of Deloit, IA; paternal grandparents Heidi and Bart Nieuwenhuis of Sierra Vista, AZ and Jeremy and Alyson Collins of Sioux Falls, SD; great-grandparents Bill Benson of Schleswig, IA, Sandy Waldemar of Denison, IA, Jayne Harter of Minneapolis, MN and Dennis and Becky Collins of Ida Grove, IA; aunts and uncles, Macy Waldemar (Cameron Webb) of Deloit, IA, Tiana (Jon) Skaggs of Tucson, AZ, Ashling and Finley Collins of Sioux Falls, SD, Bryant (Deva) Nieuwenhuis of Tucson, AZ and numerous other family and friends. 

He was preceded in death by maternal great-grandfather Larry Waldemar; maternal great-grandmother Marjorie Benson; paternal great-grandfather Gary Harter; cousins Bryant Lashier, Lauren Goodenow, and Caroline Waldemar.
